Rule
4755-43-11 of the Ohio Administrative Code requires
the organizer of an event at which athletic trainers
not licensed n Ohio will be performing athletic training
services to apply to the Athletic Trainers Section for
approval of the event. This requirement applies to events
such as U.S. Track and Field Championships or a regional
volleyball tournament. It does not apply to athletic
trainers who are traveling with a visiting team who
will only be providing athletic training services to
the members of the visiting team (e.g.: an out of state
baseball team).

scheduled date of the event.

To ensure review, all applications and materials must
be received at the Board Office three (3) business days
prior to the scheduled section's meeting date.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A reference
guide for licensees to use to
determine the number of continuing education hours needed
to renew their license.
